Carrot Cake

2 cup flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
2 cup sugar
1 1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 can crushed pineapple
2 cup grated carrots
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup coconut
Bake 350 for 35-40 minutes
Frosting:
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 tsp soda
1 Tablespoon corn syrup
1 tsp vanilla
Boil 5 minutes pour on hot cake
OR
Frosting:
8 oz cream cheese
vanilla
1 box powdered sugar
