Baked French Toast

3 cup crushed corn flakes
6 slices bread

Mix together
2 eggs
3/4 cup milk

Melt 1/4 cup margarine on a sided cookie sheet.

Dip bread in egg and milk mixture then roll in corn flake crumbs. Place coated bread in melted margarine on cookie sheet and bake at 450 for 10 minutes.

Mom always served this with her famous orange syrup...hope I can find the recipe...I'll publish it when and if I do.
