French Pastry

1 cake mix
Mix according to directions on box.
Bake 350 in a 11 x 17 pan for 18 minutes.
Freeze cake (cut7-8 across, 9-10 down. Work with cake frozen

Frosting
1 c margarine
1 c shortening
6 c powdered sugar
2 t vanilla
Beat at least 5 min.
Sprinkle shredded coconut, ground nuts, or sprinkles on a cookie sheet. Using a # 115 pastry tip apply frosting to the top of the coating on the cookie sheet. Roll (cut and frozen) cake into frosting on cookie sheet to cover sides of cake pieces.
Fill top of cake pieces with Danish pudding (add fruit to pudding if desired)
Decorate around topping with a # 21 star decorating tip.
