1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup white corn syrup
1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 pint whipping cream
2 quarts milk
Melt first 3 ingredients and then chill.
Add vanilla and whipping cream in large bowl gradually add chocolate syrup and whip.
