Orange Rolls

2 yeast cakes
1/4 cup warm water
1 cup scalded milk
3 Tbsp. butter
2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt

Beat all together then add enough more flour to make a sponge (rise) add enough flour to make a soft dough to knead let rise then roll out 1/4 inch thick and spread with filling.

1 grated orange peel
6 Tbsp. butter
1/2 cup sugar

Roll like jelly roll cut and put in greased muffin tins to rise.
Bake about 20 minutes at 350.
