Soften:
1 pkg yeast in 1 1/4 c warm water
Add and mix
1 T sugar
1 T softened marg.
1 t salt
2 t BBQ seasoning
1/4 t liquid smoke
2 unbeaten egg whites (reserve 1 T for topping)
Add 3 1/2 - 4 cups of flour
Knead for 7 min.
Let rise:
Egg White Glaze
Blend 1 T water, 1t liquid smoke and reserved egg white
Divide dough in half and let rest 10 min.
Roll out dough to 16 x 9 inches.
Cut in 16 x 3 inch strips then cut each strip in half.
Roll up and seal at bottom. Make diagonal cuts across the top of buns.
Brush tops with egg white glaze and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Let rise
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 -25 min.
