Meat and Macaroni Casserole

Cook in fry pan
2 T oil
½ lb ground beef
1 T chopped green pepper
1 med chopped onion
½ cup chopped celery
Add
1 T sugar
½ cup tomato juice
1 cup water
1 t salt
½ t accent
1 cup uncooked macaroni
1 T worchestershire sauce
½ cup ketchup
Mix all together, put in casserole dish and bake until macaroni is tender.
