Brown together:
1 lb Jimmy Dean Sausage and chopped stems of raw mushrooms
Drain well.
Mix 3 oz cream cheese into sausage. Fill mushroom tops with filling. Top with grated cheddar cheese. Microwave and cook in oven until mushrooms are done.
