Hamburger Stroganoff

1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup minced onion
1 Lb. hamburger
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. Salt (a little less)
1/2 tsp. accent
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 small can of mushrooms and juice (Stems and pieces)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup commercial sour cream
8 0z pkg. egg noodles, cooked until tender

In hot skillet, saute onion until golden. Stir in hamburger, salt, accent, pepper, paprika, mushrooms, saute 5 minutes or until meat is done. Add soup and 1/2 can water. Simmer uncovered 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream and heat. Stir in noodles or serve stroganoff over cooked rice.
Sprinkle with parsley.
