French Chocolate

2 1/2 squares chocolate
1/4 t salt
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 c water (hot)
Cook together then cool.

Add:
1/2 cup whipped cream and 1 T of syrup mixture to a cup then pour in hot milk to fill cup.
