Chicken or Turkey Casserole

2 cups cooked diced chicken
2 cups chopped celery
3 Tbsp. minced onion
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can french faced onion rings
1/2 cup pecans
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 cup fresh sauteed mushrooms
1 cup sliced water chestnuts

Mix everything except soup and onion rings and put in a casserole. Top with soup, then the onion rings.

Bake at 300 for 30 minutes.
