6 lbs rolled roast cooked in 350 oven for 2 hours
Sauce:
Simmer together:
1 onion
1 cup ketchup
2 T corn starch
1 t onion salt
1 t allspice
1T Worcestershire Sauce
1 pint chili sauce
2 cup water
1/2 c brown sugar
1 T paprika
4 T vinegar
Slice roast and pour sauce over meat and cook for 5 hours in a 250 oven.
