1/2 cup powdered milk
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 squares margarine
1 1/2 cup boiling water
1 1/2 T dry yeast
5 beaten eggs
1 1/2 t salt
5 cup flour (approx)
In a large bowl combine powdered milk, sugar, boiling water,and margarine in a bowl.
Soften yeast in 1 cup lukewarm water. Beat eggs then add to milk mixture and add salt.
Add softened yeast and enough flour to make a soft dough. Beat thoroughly. Turn out onto floured board and knead. (dough should be very soft) Place in greased bowl; grease top of dough. Cover dough and let rise until double in bulk. (30-40 minutes)
Bake 350 for 20 minutes or until brown.
